This paper reviews the history and development of domestic and foreign situation of concrete pump, research on the boom system status and development trend described in detail, and conduct a statistical analysis of fault sample of pump truck and summary the law of the failure damage of pump structure. Proposing importance of structural strength of design of Pump Truck, based on theoretical analysis, experimental research and simulation method, a finite element analysis model and dynamic simulation model are made. Using of CAE software for the analysis of static strength, dynamic response analysis and fatigue life, we make a number of conditions, more displacement and other complex conditions of the test about 37 meters of a pump at the construction site. Based on experimental data and finite element analysis results of fatigue crack Pump system, we get a theoretical basis and test methods of the further study of pump system. Based on the latest research results of Fatigue theory, Paper predicts the fatigue life of the structure by the finite element method. The main contents are as follows:1 Through the combined application with PRO/ENGINEER MSC PATRAN and MSC NASTRAN software, the concrete pump truck boom finite element module is established, and analysis strength of structure.2 By MSC nastran software, Vibration Characteristics of Pump Truck is analyzed, and tested in experimental Verification.3 A variety of sensors are used on the pump system in test, we research sensor type, selection of suring point and status of construction workers, get an accurate test data and provides a data sample of pump vibration characteristics for subsequent analysis.4 Based on the results of the load-time history from Experimental research and FEA, the analysis of concrete pump truck booms fatigue life has been carried out by MSC Fatigue software, and the fatigue life moire pattern is obtained.When above-mention comprehensive analysis, Quasi-static method should be used to obtain dangerous position of stress, and make an accurate assessment of fatigue life of the pump structure. The finite element analysis results and statistical analysis of the results of fault sample comparison shows that Statistical analysis and fatigue analysis are the same, and that analytical methods and the establishment of the model is correct.
