With the rapid development of High-speed railway, Passenger Dedicated Line, Mixed Passenger and Freight Railway Line and Urban Rail Transit, the engineering design and calculation work correspondingly increased. Among them, the large number of continuous welded turnout's laying must bring heavy and complicated design calculation work, and the repeated calculation and analysis work is easy for people's tired. With the help of modern scientific tools, methods for work efficiency's improvement become the new solution.Therefore, this paple mainly complete the following work:(1)Through the summary of continuous welded turnout group's jointed forms, based on finite element method and appropriate calculation parameters, this paper applied the APDL parametric language of ANSYS and established the continuous welded turnout group's computational model as longitudinal strength parametric, which including roadbed and bridge's single turnout, same side opposite link and orthodromic link, two turnouts connected in the tail, ferry lines, cross ferry lines, etc.(2)In view of the characteristics of continuous welded turnout group, this paper used ANSYS's parametric design program, parametric analysis interface system from Visual C++, and combined with the interface of them, automatically used ANSYS to build modeling, meshing, loading and post-processing etc. All of this can be hand over to the Continuous Welded Turnout Group and computer's automatic analysis. The user can calculate and analyze the temperature and displacement of roadbed and bridge's continuous welded turnout group in different turnout models, turnouts' connection forms, basic structure and parameters by simply parameters' imputing.(3)Using the re-developed TURNOUTS system, this paper studies the stress and deformation of roadbed, bridge's ballast track, Ballastless track and continuous welded turnout group from various aspects and the research results is important to the design, construction and maintenance of the roadbed and bridge's continuous welded turnout group.This TURNOUTS system will bring tremendous convenience to the designers and greatly improve the work efficiency which possesses high practical values.
