Air Conditioning Hot Water One Mechanism Heat Load Variable Flow Control Technology

This article described air-conditioner-water-heater, which is energy-saving equipment having functions including refrigeration, heating and hot water supplying. This device has five modes, while running in the heating and hot water supplying mode, refers to the contradiction between the load of heating and hot water supplying. The focus of this paper is to determine an effective way and the corresponding control strategy to adjust loads, according to characteristics of both heating load and hot water load.Firstly, in the paper, we analysis the approach to regulate the load with the factors of system structure and configuration of the unit load, then propose a variable flow of water heat exchanger regulating mode, which is called air conditioning-hot water variable flow control.Secondly, we conduct an in-depth theoretical study of air conditioning-hot water variable flow control, including the overall energy model and the mechanics of regulation. Research shows that method can adjust the heat transfer between air conditioning heat exchanger and hot water heat exchanger effectively. On the basis of theoretical study, experimental study is conducted on the mode of heating and hot water supplying, the result verify that air conditioning-hot water variable flow control way is feasible.And then, together with operating characteristics of air-conditioner-water heater running in the heating and hot water supplying mode, propose an intelligent control scheme toward air conditioning-hot water variable flow control means and the correlations of simulations are done, the results show well.Finally, we achieve the controller of the mode of heating and hot water supplying from hardware and software. We also test it through the practical application, the running result identify good control effect.
