The railway tunnel constructed earlier has vaorious disease problems caused by different reasons, and the appearance and expansion of hang empty diseases of tunnel bedding effects severely train movement. So it is very important to research the hang empty diseases of tunnel bedding existing. Based on the Da Yaoshan tunnel, the paper researchs deeply the hang empty diseases of tunnel bedding by means of combining the diseases survey of the site, the analysis on stress state of bedding, the comprehensive improvement and reinforcing design of hang empty diseases. The main contents are as following:1.After the site survey of bedding hang empty diseases of Da Yaoshan tunnel, it draw the conlusion that the reason of bedding hang empty diseases are mainly the hydrogeological and engineering geologic condition, the cyclic train load, the design factors, the construction quality, the maintenance and so on; most of bedding hang empty diseases spread during theâ…¢-rock region and are serious.2.Establishing 2D numerical model, it analyses the evolution of principle stress and displacement of tunnel bedding actioned by dynamic train load on the different conditions of hang empty. The safty of train operation is hardly effected by the depth of bedding hang empty extending when it is in the middle of the bedding instead of one or two end. On the front stage of hang empty extending, bothe the stress and displacement are symmetrical and little. The train can travel safely. On the next stage, both the stress and displacement increase fastly, and the train can not travel safely because the bedding is broken.3.Analysis on the principle stress and displacement of bedding on conditions of anchor pile reinforcement and anchor pile-grouting reinforcement, it illustrates that the bedding is still broken on the condition of train load after anchor pile reinforcement, but the stress and displacement are very little after anchor pile-grouping reinforcement, which is good for the train travelling.4.Design the program of TGRM anchor pile-grouping reinforcement and determine design parameter of anchor pile-grouping reinforcement and specific technology for grouping construction according to the features and repairing requirement of hang empty diseases of bedding of Da Yaoshan tunnel.
