In order to investigate the mechanical and deformation behavior of the hollow floor-slab with steel beam more precisely, this paper which is based on a full-scale test was written. Through theoretical analysis and software calculation, research has been done as following.According to the test data and an analysis of the hollow floor-slab's failure mode, this paper determines the sign of the hollow floor-slab with steel beam's failure. As well, failure load in various kinds of connection method was calculated by plastic hinged line way. Compared with test result, test's connection style could be confirmed.Finite element model was built in this paper. Analyze the mode result, when the concrete amount remain unchanged, the hollow floor-slab works better compared to ribbed floor and beamless floor in view of mechanical and deformation behavior. After a comparison of model result and engineering example, this paper analyze the influence of the main member's size to the mechanical and deformation behavior of the hollow floor-slab with steel beam. the main member's reasonable value, such as distance of rib beam, height of rib beam, height of steel beam and plate thickness, etc.The elastic calculation of the hollow floor-slab can be classified as simulating plate method, simulating sandwich plate method, simulating beam method, table method, etc. This paper derived basic process of above methods. Through a comparison of model result and theoretical calculation, this paper summarized characteristics and accuracy of above methods. As well, proper methods had been recommended in this paper.
