Metal coating composite powder features in multiphase in the microscopic view and is character by its homogeneous property in the macroscopic view. Metal coating composite powder is a new type of powder metallurgy materials with multiphase and composite property. In this paper, through large numbers of experiment and the apparent state analysis and coating rate and transform rate of Cu2+ and section metallographic phases determined the acid immersion bath composition of Cu/Fe composite powder and the optimal process conditions were screened out. Through kinetic test, the effects of temperature, stirring speed,initial Cu concentration and pH of solution on replacement rate have also been discussed,and diffusion coefficient of Cu2+ and activity energy was calculated based on above test. Besides, the corrosion inhibitor composition of Cu/Fe composite powder was optimized by polarization curve, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in the CHI660C instrument.
