Rectifier power supply system is the core of the aluminum electrolysis system, and the most important indicator of power supply quality is the current automatic stabilizer. Electrolytic current to maintain stability, can improve the current efficiency of electrolytic processes, reduce energy loss and the number of anode effects.According to electrolytic rectifier system features and process requirements, and based on the development of well-type aluminum electrolysis furnace power in Central South University of Metallurgical Science and Engineering, paper selects the auto-thyristor current program, adopts three-phase full-bridge Controlled rectifier, and makes a fuzzy self-adapting PID control strategy based on C8051F020 MCU.Hardware design for this system, includes a total of three aspects: the main rectifier power supply circuit, the host computer monitoring system and the rectifier controller. The most important point of the main circuit design is the parameters calculation and selection for three-phase fully controlled bridge rectifier circuit, and the host computer monitoring system focuses on the hardware configuration, what's more, the key and core of hardware design is the rectifier controller design, this paper discusses the research and design of synchronous signal circuit, data acquisition circuit and trigger circuit in detail, the anti-jamming design of this system is also discussed at last.Software design for this system, includes two parts:MCU control part and PC monitoring part. MCU software is composed by main program and interrupt program, the main program is responsible for implementation of system control flow, while the interrupt program's task is important signal acquisition and signal output. PC monitoring software's development platform is Delphi7.0 which is developed by the company Borland, it improves programming efficiency, achieves a friendly man-machine interface, and facilitates the operation of the staff, what's more, data analysis and troubleshooting become easier.Since it was put into use in laboratory, this system works at a high precision of current accuracy and a good stability of production, this system also improves security and reliability of the rectifier transformer and rectifier cabinet. The application of this system, has a great significance to reduce power consumption and environmental pollution in aluminum electrolysis industry.
