Research On The Outer Space Of The Faw's Dormitory Area In Changchun

With the development of China's reform and opening-up process, the greatly improvement of national living standards and the acceleration of the urbanization, constructions of the residential area have also developed rapidly. So far, China has become one of the biggest and fastest producers of dwelling house. Typical characters of the national urban housing construction are large-scale, quickness and heavy-investment. Limitations of theoretical and practical experience in related fields, lack of researches and considerations of specific regional features, all these factors cause many problems, such as, serious environment homogenization and communication-space shortage. Focus on the realistic problems in creating the outer space environment of FAW's living area before the plant, using the methods of environmental psychology and landscape ecology, systematically summarized and studied the constructional outer space of such area.The conception of'residential quarter'had been proposed for the first time in FAW's living quarters before the plant, which was brought in form the Soviet Union in the mid of last century, however, such Soviet's'quarter'was influenced by the western planning principles of'neighborhood unit'. Actually, there is no essential difference between the two concept of'quarter'and'neighborhood unit', even divergences may exist in name and scope. Firstly, under the investigation of dwelling construction's outer circumstance, key theories and concepts was reviewed and summarized systematically. In the first section of the article, a comparison of theories civil and overseas was put out, in order to make deeply discussions about the living quarters before the plant's outer environment of dwelling constructions based on the existing fundaments.The second section mainly aimed at the environment demand and interactions between residents and dwelling environment. In this part, tree demands were discussed, which includes demands of communication, security and defense, demand of home sense and demand of belonging sense, besides, solutions to satisfy such demands were put forward.FAW's living quarters before the plant is an important demonstration on the living form in the early era of the nation, however, social relationship and demands of living space has changed over time, also does the demand of the historical dwelling districts'outer space environment. Because of this, it becomes a critical issue that how to inherit historical features at the same time, meet the current demand.Chapter III of the Changchun First Automobile Works of historical, architectural style, a brief introduction, a comprehensive interpretation of the neighborhood unit planning ideas were in the factory dormitory area of the application of the former. This chapter also works outside the former dormitory space to do a detailed analysis, a lot of data measurement and on-site investigation, obtained by drawing the profile of the compound courtyard space and the proportional relationship between the buildings and so on before the dormitory area of the FAW plant analysis.In the end of the forth section, the theories on dwelling constructions'outer space environment was discussed and the details of FAW's living quarters before the plant was brought was carefully analyzed, after that, this article tried to character the FAW's living quarters before the plant, and make helpful suggestions on proper principles of dwelling circumstance planning of Changchun.
