Reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression are two relativelyindependent problems, but the consistency of the physical nature makes it possible tostudy the two comprehensively. Active Power Filter has a variety of functions and canrealize the control of reactive power and harmonic. So this paper researches theintegrated treatment based on this function.This paper introduces the basic knowledge of reactive power and harmonic,elaborates development and topology of Active Power Filter, and selects thethree-phase three-wire parallel structure for the study. The article constructions itsmathematical model and describes working principle.Accurate detection of reactive and harmonic current is the premise to achieve theactive filtering. This paper introduces related to current detection methods. Detectionswhich are based reactive power theory and the theory of simultaneous coordinatetransformation are derived in detail. And it also describes several methods of controlof compensation current, and elaborates on the Space Vector Control. The method isdivided into several steps, and some improvements to the original control have beenmade to achieve better control.Digital control is one of the trends in the future. Therefore this paper designs thehardware system used MC56F8346 as the core, including devices choice of the maincircuit and control circuit, design of the relevant circuit, and illustrate of functions foreach part of the circuits. At the same time, this article part also describes the softwareprocess of the system.Finally, the paper builds simulation models of the Active Power Filter in theMATLAB / Simulink environment. Simulation results of detection module to the loadcurrent and control module to the compensation current show that they can satisfy thedemands of power compensation and harmonic suppression. |
