Nowadays we are in the stage of upgrading of the medical building. But now in the medical economical market, economical profit maximization has been emphasized too much. Normally, in public health resources, we treat the severity"according to his needs", now always become"according to money allocated". So, it is now much imperative to call for"people-oriented"design.To explore the"people-oriented"design, first of all we should be back at its source. We can feel deeply of "people-oriented" culture in the hospital reconstruction from the development of medical architecture of world. In the Integration of medical building restructuring, human perception has been paid more and more attentions by the designers. And it has been treated as the essential of design for the exploring the composition of the medical building. Secondly, we should study the composition of modern hospitals, more importantly, study the tightness between the various functional modules. By studying all of these, we will re-carding the circuit, and construct a more clear, more humanized circuit and space in hospital. Furthermore, Ward Building currently has occurred in a single model, How to optimize the composition of the wards, and how to investigate the humanized layout of wards, is a much important breakthrough in the current medical building design. And it is the much important composition of the"people-oriented"design. All the researches are prepared for the practices, in the end, I use some of my practices to comment the"people-oriented"design of hospital.Hospital is so different from other buildings, it is much more complicated than others, and its feature of uninterrupted service and incessant development makes the road of"people-oriented"designing so hard. It has to balance so many fields. So, all the architects for hospital have to continue self-improvement, to absorb more advanced technology and medical technological information. Most important, they have to listen to the exact needs of patients, families and medical professionals, hospital managements. Running through them, it's the deep-rooted sense of"people-oriented".
