Research Of Layout Planning Method In Suburban Rural Developed Areas Inhabited Space

With the rapid urbanization process in our country,the urban-rural gap is enlarged. The "three rural" issues become increasingly prominent. In the field of urban planning, the problem is not rational distribution of rural settlement space. In the developed area, suburban rural locates in the transition zone between urban and rural. On one hand, the superior regional advantages and economic base provide excellent condition to initially form "industry nurturing agriculture and cities support the countryside". On the other hand, it is the most prominent urban-rural conflict and the most intense competition area. Research perspective of this paper will focus on this region, trying on the basis of deep analysis of the transition peri-urban production and life styles change to build ideal develop model for suburban areas and explore scientific allocation method, thus, providing reference and role model for the building of new socialist countryside which is currently flourished undergoing.Combining the research results of sociology, economics, ecology and urban planning, this paper build future developing pattern and spatial form based on in the reference to foreign suburbs theory and practice of rural construction to aim at the problems existed in the development of suburban rural in China. That is, network development model on the basis of eco-industrial. Around the goals of this model, the paper proposes the layout method based on ecological planning for the new rural communities, which is divided into three levels: First, the foundation of layout available land of non-construction land use planning as the way of harmony with nature; Second, functional zoning coordination between the industry-oriented layout and ecological; third, the community layout under the guidance of the commute up to the strategic considerations of the urban system.Finally, with the in person participation in the planning practices– taking Xindu District of socialist new countryside construction layout planning as an example, the paper deduces the spatial layout planning method on the outskirts of rural settlements.
