With the development of society, more and more energy will be needed for us. Fossil fuels is as a hero for human development, but also caused two fatal problems: energy crisis, because of its non-renewable; and environmental issues because of its mining, combustion processes. Solar energy could resolve the new challenges.The PV power generation system is the most important and most practical form of the way of using solar energy. Grid-connected inverter is the crucial part of the generating and its hardware design. Inverter is the device of energy conversion. The inverter efficiency, reliability, and fault handling capacity will directly affect the entire system performance.Boost circuit was designed. The topology of the three-phase inverter is the full bridge and the Intelligent Power Modules (PM100CVA120) is chose as the switch. the chip TMS320LF2407 of TI company was chose and as the control chip and the external sampling circuit was designed.Mathematical model of the three-phase inverter was established and the controller was studied preliminarily. Through testing the circuit of Boost circuit and the three-phase inverter, It could be proved that the circuit has really satisfied with the request of efficiency and reliability for grid-connected PV system.
