| At present, the CT (Current Transformer) plays a key role in measuring and protecting current. Its performance will affect the accuracy of current measurement and the correct operation of control and protection system. The development and application of modern optical-electronic and optical fiber communication technology promote the application and development of photoelectric measuring system. Based on these technologies, the Hall current transformer in this paper takes photovoltaic systems to transmit signal, which has effectively resolved two difficult problems such as the insulation of high-voltage test system and anti-interference. At present, the research on Hall current transformer has become a hot trend.The testing current system of Hall current transformer with the Hall sensing and optical fiber technology is studied and developed in this paper; and the zero-flux current transformer which is based on Hall effect is designed for the sensing probe, and the main current can be effectively insulated from the measurement circuit by use of Hall current transformer. The data acquisition and optical fiber transmission system of Hall current transformer are put forward in this paper, then introduces the choice of ADC converter and the design scheme of light transmitter and receiver.Several common power supply ways of current transformer are studied; and the feedback LD (Laser Diode) power supply system in which the feedback loop can real-time adjust light power is designed in the research; the photoelectric convert part of power supply system is also studied; then micro-consumption potential step-down module and double ways of output power supply module of DC-DC conversion circuits are presented. Based on the theory of wavelet transform, and then it mainly introduces the basic principle of wavelet signal denoising, denoising method and denoising procedure; puts forward micro-consumption measurement circuit of the DSP system design based on the principle of wavelet denoising, which can effectively eliminate the interference signal of measurement system.The coefficient of Hall current transformer is solved; and the Hall current transformer is simulated by Matlab software, compared with the experimental results and simulation curves, it shows that the detection method is reasonable and feasible. On this basis of the error sources of Hall current transformer given, the research puts forward specific measures to reduce error. |
