The thesis mainly study the change of WPCME(Work Procedure Chief MatterElements) under the vary factor affecting, the chief work as fallow f(1) Firstly, building up conception of WPCME, on the base of which, the thesisanalysis the change and rule of state variable of WPCME, and gives outconception of WPR(Work Procedure Resource). From relationship amongworking procedure define Linking Coefficients between working procedureby system perturbation principle and perturbing probability set, also thethesis study a type of ordinary system, Mono-chain discrete system inquanity(2) By analyses of three typically basal WPCME: excavating body ofCMEAS(Cubic Metre of Earth And Stone), concrete and backfilling bodyof CMEAS, the thesis give out state variable of three basal WPCME and itsnormal procedure.(3) In order to solving state variable of WPCME under cooperation of WPR, thepaper utilizes SD(System Dynamics) theory and simulant tool of controlsystem - SIMULINK, conclusion shows: system factor dealing withshould be both according with practice and the whole way, simple in orderto treating better. So the theory of stochastic process play a very importantrole in it. Various factor have deferent sensitive to state variable of WPCME,the key problem for the analyses of constructing system is the relationshipof feedback and coupling among a great deal of affective factor.(4) Finally, a case is provided - HeiHe Earth and Stone Dam, which givessome useful findings.
