This paper supplyed a new way through changing pump抯 rotate speed to change its output fluence, which could solve the defects in hydraulic pressure servo control system, such as low efficiency, short life, poor ablity in resisting pollsution and low efficiency in driving system. And this way was proved to be effective. In terms of system design, we supplyed a common principle in how to choose appropriate part of the system according to factory praxis and the thought described above. Then we explained the choosing principle and constructed a relatively reasonable VFVS hydraulic pressure control system. To suppiy theory evidence to getting mathematic model through system identificaton, we analysed vector control principle and traditional model of three-phase induction motot; and induced the model of constant pump. Acoording to character of transducer, we designed appropriate input signal and disturbance signal. then we t~et system identification model in theoiy. Based on work done above, we get mathematic model of vector control VFVS hydraulic pressure system through exprirnent, and verified it by model proof test. Acoording to identification result, we analysed the character of this system. Through theory analysis and experiment we verified that this system was better in speed character, load character, exactness of control, variable speed range and higher efficiency than those of variable pump-constant hydraulic pressure motor system custom diiving component in hydraulic pressure servo system. But in the side of dynamic character. this system was similar with variable pump-constant hydraulic pressure motor system At last, we summed up the merit of vector control VF\扴 hydraulic pressure system and questions which should be payed attention to when designing.
