During inspecting the drawback of pilem,the rate of precision of little-strain testing is verylower,but that of ultrasonic testing is higher.This paper further studies the ultrasonic testingmethod of drawback for pile.At fist, this paper explains generally the principle theory ofultrasonic testing,Through the data of laboratory experiment,this paper analyses every factor thataffects the result of ultrasonic testing.At the same time,this paper elaborates steps in detail whenultrasonic testing is used to inspect the quality of case-in-place concrete pile.Especially this paperanalyses the advantage and limit of each method which is used to determine the type ofdrawbackof pile.At last,this paper gives new viewpoint while ultrasonic testing applies to pile foundation inother aspects.In inspection of strength curve field, this paper finds a new curve which is morereasonable than the old one in data imitation.Through laboratory experiment, A relation curvebetween static modulus and wave velocity is established in order to determine static modulus bywave velocity.In this paper,a theory of elasticity in calculating pile foundation settlement isextended,it can be employed to utilize the result of ultrasonic testing and considernon-homogeneous soil layer and modulus changing along pile length. Computer program isformulated by Power Station language,In the field of drawback treatment,the writer illustrateshimself.In order to reuse the sonic testing pipe,tbis paper provides a new constructionmethod which uses sonic to grout in basement of pile.
