In this dissertation, the Physical Simulation Experiment System of CCD Imaging Control and Guidance technology based on the Digital Image Processing Is regarded as the main research object. Following the special request of the Physical Simulation Experiment System, the design of the system is mainly focusing on the two sides, including academic analysis of the system抯 realization and the practical application of the design and realization of the practical Physical Simulation Experiment System. The concrete work include the design of the integral system frame, the design of the algorithm of the Digital Image Processing, the realization of the Computer Video?Processing, the realization of the Imaging System and Servo System, and the analysis of the performance of the Integral system and so on. As a noticeable Guidance Mechanism used in the Flying Missile, the Imaging Control and Guidance technology has developed since the 60抯, accompanied with the development of the hardware technology in tracking application. On the account of the speedy evolution of the modern warfare, the confrontation of the two armies in the war is more and more embodied in the confrontation of the hi-technologies in the National Defense, especially in the confrontation of the missile technologies. As a key technology in the researches in the independent flexible weapons of the next generation, the Automatic Target Recognize (ATR) Technology of the Imaging Control and Guidance technology will be one of the crucial factors, which influence directly on the development of the future precise guidance weapon. Especially since the 90抯, there is micro processor witch is low price, supports parallel processing, has powerful data process ability. There is low cost, high sensitive, low power cost, powerful anti-vibrating CCD. There is low cost MSF (Mass Storage Facility). And the technologies of the Nerve Net Tech, the Mode Recognition Tech, the Image Compress Tech and the Image Segmentation Tech and so on have developed quickly. All of these have greatly promoted the development of the Image Recognizing and Tracking Technology. ABSTRACT Up to the present, the Image Recognizing and Tracking Technology is developing to be high speedy, be powerful in mass information processing and be more intelligent. Although as yet, the application of the Target Image Recognizing and Tracking System Is not so widely used as the radar system or the Infrared system, the Image Recognizing and Tracking System could be more precisely tracking and could have abundant target Information, which. could be easily processed. So the application of the system must have greatly improved the performance of the weapon In the war. Based on the full understand of the Importance and the future application of the system, most of the countries have expedited the researches. Some of the researches have been well developed. Such as the Bloch IV Missile beta of U.S.A. has already use the Image Process in the last stage guidance. The researches of our nation were started later, but also have come into practical application. In one model of the missile has adopted the target imaging, recognizing and tracking. We still have many works to do in the field of the image intelligent recognition researches.
