High temperature superconductor (HTSC) films have lower surface resistance than general material .Under microwave frequency ,I-ITSC films can less two magnitude than general material,such as silver More than that ,the current density of HTSC films can turn up 1O~6～lO~7Alcm~2.Men have made lots of high capability microwave apparatus with HTSC films.In this paper,we elect YBCO HTSC films which cover double LaAlO3 underlay.With YBCO,we made HTSC microwave limiters.At 77K,the HTSC limiters's object is that: frequcency:9.4拁?.6 GI-Iz,insertion lose~O.4dBm,threshold lever~1OdBm.At the same time,we sum up some assembly technologies on the application of HTSC films.
