It is significant to research the problem of moving interface in the field of engineering, like cam design of engineering, machining columnar face using columnar milling cutter under numerical control, etc. Traditional solvent may include two sorts: geometry and surrounding. However, these two solutions have evident defects, not resolving phenomena of topology, interaction, merging while meeting the problem of moving interface; thus, it is necessary to fide the new way to get it.To avoid the defects of the old methods, this paper adopts a new one, using level set. The solution regards the original given interface (original curve or interface) as one zero set of function, transferring the some phenomena such as topology to lever set function in higher dimension, and getting moving interface of original interface at different time through resolving the level set function.Now the method of lever set is wildly used like crystal grows, etc. This paper mainly explains the application in the moving interface aspect of the method, which based on fast tree redistancing for moving interface, including definition of level set method, adaptive mesh (octatree) and interpolation of scattering points. This paper finds a valid way to resolve topology during moving interface; from numerical results, it is proved, and reaches the predictive purpose.
