The prestressed concrete with unbonded tendons has developed in China for recent ten years. This improves normal post-tensioned prestressed concrete construction method and simplifies construction technique. In engineering construction, the unbonded tendons can be laid within moulding board like non-prestressed steel according to the designing requirements and can be tensioned and anchored when the concrete reaches designing strength.Up to now, the prestressed concrete with unbonded tendons has been widly used in the field of bridge, civil and architecture engineering. This technique has been used to port engineering in Japan and American. In the paper, the author employs the technique to the design of the frame beams of port engineering and following two fields have been studied:1. The design of crane rail beam. The calculation includes the prestress losses, cracking and bearing capacity.2. The prestress construction techique. The detailed discussions were focused on the prestress construction, especially on the protection measures against erosion.
