One of the most important aspects of Manufacturing Technology is High Precision Machining and Machining of microminiature parts. With the development of MEMS Technology & Nano Technology, the machining of three dimension microminiature component especially complex shape microminiature parts become more and more important. The machining technology of complex shape microminiature, incorporated with complex shape modeling technology, CAM/CAM and CNC, are an extremely promising new machining technology. The author machines complex shape microminiature parts on a precision milling machine developed by themselves, and study the machining technique of three dimension complex shape metal parts.With increasing precision of machining, accuracy analysis of Machine tools become particularly important. We setup a accuracy model of precision of the milling machine by neural network methods. Based on the model, we analyzed accuracy of the output and thus predict the accuracy of machining.The dissertation includes:1. Further research on microminiature machining technology & theory. Includes: three dimension complex shape modeling technology, machining technology of complex shape parts, microminiature cutting technique.2. Put forward a quick neural network based modeling method of Machine tool accuracy and design a specific inspect tool. Position Error of the milling machine during machining are acquired by detecting of the specific inspect tool. Construct training samples according to the position error, and predict its effect on accuracy of machining by computer simulation, and bring forward a theory of neural network based error compensation of machine tools.
