| In this paper, the depth of field and automatic adjusting-lighting of Debris Monitoring and Analysis System (DMAS) are introduced in detail, and we design the real-time Analysis system of Micro object in order to integrate and develop the DMAS. Based on the engineering background, the main research work is introduced as followings:1. The designing of automatic adjusting-lighting system: Because the intensity of light brings about the problem of image of CCD, we design the system based on the variance of debris-image contrast.2. The research of multi-focus debris-image fusion based on information fusion: In microscope, only a thin object can be seen distinctly. For the sake of the whole object is in sight, a multi-focus debris-image fusion algorithm is put forward in this paper, and it is researched in airspace and wavelet transform; we analyze improvement of this fusion algorithm in image-processing and pattern recognition. Further, the system of measuring of debris based on debris-image processing is put forward.3. The real-time analysis system of Micro object: Because of some problems in DMAS and integrating particle counter and DMAS, the real-time analysis system of Micro object is designed. |
