Cnc Cascade Speed Control System Design And Implementation Of Pressure Inside The Motor Feedback

The internal feedback cascade control system for high-voltage motor has a low cost and good , cascade control effect, which is a new approach for the cascade control and energy-saving of the 6kV high-voltage motors in the oilfield. But the original system is of simulation-type control with a complicated structure, high rate of failure, low accuracy, and is hard to maintain and cannot satisfy the requirements of the oilfield production.The project is to improve the original simulation-type internal feedback cascade control system and develop a full digital internal feedback cascade control system.In the control system, the SIMOREG K 6RA24 full digital direct current cascade control unit has been successfully applied to the internal feedback, digital, cascade control system. The application of the PLC to the internal feedback cascade control system makes the system finish such processes as the starting, switching, running, shutdown and protection as per the scheduled procedures, and realize full digital control. It has adopted LC higher order, harmonic, filtration and compensating circuit, used concurrently the idle work compensation capacitance as filtration capacitance, and composed a LC harmonic filtration compensation circuit with the inductance coils, and eliminated the interference of the higher order harmonics to the electric network. The system is easy to operate, reliable to run and has very good energy-saving effect.
