The key position bolt of the engine include Connecting rod, Crankshaft, Main bearing , Cylinder head , Flywheel and shock absorber bolt, all of which belong to bolt fastening. As one of the most important hookup ways in an engine, the bolt fastening has the quality directly influencing performance of power and performance of security of the engine as well as every hookup position, with the ever more compact structure and strengthening degree of the engine, it become a key for the normal performance of the engine how to make the bolt fastening more reliablily and exactly.Combines with a concrete subject, this paper, composed of seven chapers, makes a deep analysis on theory and experiment of key bolt fastening of engine. The first chapter presents the theory of tightening technology of the available bolt The second chapter gives a narrating about tighten technology availably in survey .pointing that the nature of torque control is axis preload. Chapter three makes clear the importance of preload ,and deals with the theories on the relationship between preload and torque, angle and extension of the bolt from various aspects. In Chapter four ,the parameter in the bolt fastening process is set down and the controlling methods and comparison is analyzed. The fifth chapter makes a technological analysis to the engine bolt on the whole and put forward the application of plasticity out of shape district control law and elasticity out of shape district corner control law to the keys parts of the engines, including Connecting rod and Main bearing . Chapter six ,the two main problems of the subject YC6108ZQ engine cylinder head ------the bolt is elongated .monitors the ultra limit phenomenon in the corner, are discussed and analyzed . Tests are carried out on Mechanical performance, tired performance, rubing performance and gasket to bear the weight of performance to analyze the existing problems in the assemble technology of bolt production. The improvement measures of this model the cylinder head and the corresponding torsion and checks the standard are put forward in thethesis according to actual product conditions.
