This paper introduces the command and control system about Ship-Carrying-Artillery that makes NUDT and army tackle key problem together .The research of artillery real-time measurement and control system is carried out emphatically .At first, after the explanation of this task's origin and sense, the main function of command and control system about Ship-Carrying-Artillery is shown briefly .The whole blue print of artillery measurement and control system is put forward .Secondly, the establishment of mathematic model on ship-carrying-artillery system is introduced .In this system, the definition of the geographic coordinate system, the boat coordinate system and the artillery coordinate system, and the coordinate transformation among them, are deeply studied .The shot messieurs of artillery are fixed on accurately .In addition, the theory of information fusion technology and its application in this system are discussed .In succession, the hardware and software design concerning artillery real-time measurement and control system are particularly introduced .It briefly includes embedded PC/104 module, the sensor's data acquirement and scene demarcation, and the display of howitzer DCI (Display & Control Instrument). The design methods of OOP and module realize the intelligentizement of the DCI .Afterwards, the network communication design in the Ship-Carrying-Artillery system is introduced .Here, this paper analyses the virtues of constructing network using CAN bus. It is emphasized that CAN bus is successfully applied to the real-time measurement and control system about Ship-Carrying-Artillery. The real-time, reliability and anti-interference of system are improved.At last, this paper introduces the effect of the ball firing experiment, and analyses the advantage and the disadvantage .There is a widely prospect about ship-carrying-artillery in the direction of automatization and digitalization.
