As we all know, our country is at most of nation in the world to build dam. Found a nation since then, about 8.6 ten thousand dam have been set up. These engineering implements the grate function in the national economy, and the dam safety monitor must be preceded to ensure the safety of dam. Measurement technique, deformation analysis and prediction on dam safety monitoring are an important research work of multi-subjects. Among them, the big dam deformation analysis has the important meaning. Firstly, I expound the important meaning of the monitor of big dam safety and the development and the present condition of big dam deformation analysis. Secondly I generalize the past application study for FEM, establish the displacement conclusive model of dam to explain physics reason from the water pressure, temperature, time limited efficacy three aspects analyze. Thirdly I do Sanmenxia Dam example by using the model mentioned in this paper and obtain some good results. In the end I conjugate the inside observation and the external observation of dam, do the homological research to the inside observation and the external observation of dam. The main contents that this paper can be concluded as:1. To research finite element calculation mode for complicated problem in the mechanics.2. To set up the finite element determinacy model for concrete bam displacement.3. To do the model' s rationality verification with Sanmenxia Bam deformation data.4. To do the homological research to the inside observation and the external observation of dam.
