Product Form Combination Of Innovative Technology Based On Encoded Research And Applications

Innovation design is coming to be the key factor of the company to win in the competition, and has been a focused problem of modern study in resent years. This paper did the exploratory work on the field of industrial design form coding, used the coding technique of mechanical accessory for reference, offered a new thought of industrial design form coding. According to the theory, established a rather integrated coding system which can be used in computer, and discussed the coding rules, the form features, etc. This coding system is the base of realization of the form combinatorial innovation prototype system and establishing the form database.The paper also established a form database base on the form coding, supporting the application of form combinatorial innovation design. The form database consisted of three parts, they are the 2-D form database, the 3-D form database, and the form scheme database. Among them, the form scheme database can give users some reference and directions when they are designing.On the base of the study of the innovation design methods, this paper realized the computer aided form innovation design with the theory of combinatorial innovation. Based on the coding technique and form database, the paper developed a form combinatorial innovation prototype system, presented some convenient realized methods such as to define the condition of actors combined and to select intelligently by define the condition of restriction, and realized them by programming.In the end, by performing the product form combinatorial innovation design with the example of lights, the paper validates the correctness of the theory and the feasibility of the system.
