Aviation Weapon Equipment is a kind of special project, it has characteristic of High-Technology , High-investment, High-risks Long-period as so on. In general, the whole span period of Aviation Weapon Equipment includes several stage, which are project demonstration, project devise, project research, flight triak production in batch, use and out of work, each stage exists all kind of risk, the amount on risk identification and evaluation information directly affects the project of Aviation Weapon Equipment and extent of economic loss, so how to more and more identify and evaluate risk each stage is up against is the key of project.The paper studies deeply risk identification and risk evaluation on the whole span period of Aviation Weapon Equipment from the feature of project. The paper firstly probes interrelation between the main risk after identifying risk each stage is up against in the whole span period, and points out suitable risk identification method in each stage of Aviation Weapon Equipment; secondly discusses several main risk evaluation methods, every method is studied in light of summary, use scope, advantage and shortcoming and operation procedure (applying), and discusses the use of gray relation analysis method into risk evaluation of Aviation WeaponEquipment; lastly puts forward a modified evaluation method-multi-stage grayevaluation method according to gray system theory based on shortcoming of Fuzzy Integrated method, and applies it to risk evaluation in out-work stage of Aviation Weapon Equipment.
