This dissertation mainly studies how to eliminate extra force to finish loading test of a certain helicopter roll booster wear test-bed. This test-bed is made of five part, oil supplying system, oil heating system, specimen constant temperature system, position control system and loading system.First, the loading system is designed on the basis of given loading data. Then, the linear model of simulation is set up and simulated. As for the extra force, it can't meet the required loading precision. In order to improve the loading performance, the extra force is measured and its characteristics are analyzed. Some effective methods are presented to eliminate the extra force in this dissertation, such as integral detached PID control, position synchronous compensation, and velocity feedback. The feature of CVI programming language and hardware design are also introduced with detail in some chapters. The end of the dissertation studies the system debugging, it proved that the design is successful.
