As the rudder and aileron of missile spread out in the air would encounter great force such as resistance of air, and the force varies with the changing of the angle attached and the angle of spreading. A load is needed to study the endured force . This paper is aimed at designing such an equipment which can produce load to simulate the actual load under various situations. In order to reach its quick-response, DTC is based on.The direct torque control (DTC) is a new quick-response and high-efficiency method which was proposed by professor Depenbrock in Germany and has been developed in recent years for induction motors. This method is based on instantaneous space vector control of flux and the torque of induction motors. The mathematical model of DTC is simple and can be calculated easily.In this paper, the theoretical analysis of direct torque control have been carried out. Furthermore, the designing of hardware and software of the DTC system are presented in details in this paper. We also discussed the performances of the stator flux and stator current estimation model. Lastly, the simulation of designed DTC system was implemented based on software MATLAB.
