This paper researches the 3D Cartesian Mesh generation that newly grows up in recent years. With which this paper develops a plat to get 3D Geometries' Euler equation flow solution using Jameson's finite volume method (FVM) techniques. Based on the plat this paper calculates the forces flew over a 3D wing and get satisfactory results .This paper generates the Meshes by such approaches. First, base meshes generation. Second, dividing the meshes considering the user's input and the Geometries. Third, checking the meshes' smoothness and divide the meshes which is not "smooth". Forth, calculating the boundary information and distinguishing the meshes from fluid meshes, boundary meshes and solid meshes. Five, finding the mini volume meshes from boundary meshes and immerging them to a bigger neighbor. At last, Deleting the solid meshes. This paper employs the omni-tree (also named 2N tree) data structure to divide the meshes and store them. Compared with octree data structure, the omni-tree data structure could reduce the meshes' total numbers and get better mesh quality. This paper uses cell-centered finite volume spatial discretization and four-stage Runge-Kutta time-stepping scheme with some convergence acceleration techniques such as local time stepping and enthalpy damping.
