Mechanical Transmission System Test And Fault Diagnosis

Aiming of some problems for testing performance of the mechanical drive system, the paper designs a synthetic test system to achieve a real time ability of testing multiple dynamic specialities synchronously. A testing project is. proposed based on the information model, the dynamic model and the function model. Through reasonable instruments configuration and software programming, the testing system can not only achieve on-line synthesis performance of mechanical drive system but also deal with the data processing. The paper also sets up the general dynamic model for gear transmission, analyses the vibration and noise principle of the main parts in the gear transmission system like gear and bearing. After analyzing the types and reasons of gear transmission failure, the paper puts forward the methods of selecting the sample parameters and picking the diagnostic parameters by using of signal analyzing methods and neural network algorithm(BP). The proposed scheme can test the system failure and it has been validated by a practical instance.
