The paper represents the whole sheme of a kind of missile rudder controller , which can adjust four rudders on one missile spontaneously after introducing the basic pricinples of missle rudder system .In hardware design , on one hand the internal construction of International Rectifier's power drive integration circuit are explained . On the other hand the nature and influence of parasitics in the gate drive circuit and the method of bootstrap component selection , which are frequently encountered in this field , are interpreted in detail . What is more , the paper analyzes Vs undershoot and gives some effective countermeasures.In software design , first the paper discusses the integrated software development environment for Texa Instrument's TMS320C2xx DSP , which is characterized by Common Object File Format and Run-Time Environment . The paper also shows some key source routine carefully .The main algorithm -completely-digital triple-loop Control , composed by current loop , velocity loop and position loop is adopted . Moreover , some beneficial practical research has been done about fuzzy-PID control algorithm in position loop design.A large amount of data and result acquired from the experiments reveals that the controller can fulfill the desired dynamic and static characteristics excellently .
