The JDAM (Joint Direct Attack Munition) is a low-cost and high accuracy guidable bomb, owning to the laser guidable bomb have found many of disadvantages in the war. It is very important realistic and martial signification that we must develop the Homing Gliding Missile though we are lacking in support from the finance.After introduced its task and construct of the controller of the Homing Gliding Missile, the longitudinal and lateral motion equations are provided. A continuous fuzzy-PID control system combined the advantages of fuzzy control and PID control is presented, and could be guaranteed the stability of the system using Popov stability criterion. The results of simulation show that the fuzzy-PID control is able to provide a better relative stability and robustness, also have better dynamic and static characteristics than the pure PID control.According to the difference equation, the continuous control system is translated into the discrete control system. Simulation results indicate the discrete fuzzy control system using of C-S function has the same result with the continuous fuzzy control system, so the discrete fuzzy control system is successful. The standard C code according to the C-S function could be loaded the computer.The signal transformation circuit is impoldered make use of protel software. The continuous signal is transformed to the discrete signal which it could be recognized the computer through input signal circuit and AID transformation circuit. The discrete control signal which it is output by the computer is transformed to the continuous control signal through output signal circuit and D/A transformation. After be debugged, the hardware works well.
