The electric anti-skid braking system is a very important subsystem of aircraft and the traditional analog controller and the hydraulic driver are replaced with digital controller and electric driver. The electric braking system improves the take-off and landing performance of aerocraft greatly.The paper focus on the study of the whole structure of the electric anti-skid braking system control strategy hardware and software design. On the base of analyzing the work theory of braking system and the AC Servocontrol technologies, permanent magnet brush-less motor is used as the electric drive component, the aircraft slippage ratio adjustor and permanent magnet brush-less motor (PMBM) speed/current adjuster is made to construct a tri-loop control system. The advanced digital signal processor(DSP) and complicated programmable logic device(CPLD) are applied to configure the digital controller of the braking system.The power drive circuit is composed of power MOSFET and gate drive intergraded circuit. The Permanent Magnet Brush-less Motor is driven effectively by selecting the bootstrap components properly and dealing with the parasitics correctly.The software design is composed of C language for DSP and VHDL (high speed hardware description language) for CPLD. The system designed works stably and reliably in the experiment, and the elementary function is realized.
