AC speed control technology is one of the most important progress in the 20th century, and it has taken up most parts of the drive-field.This paper makes the feasibility design and study of the DTC (Direct torque control) system based on analyzing some important parts , such as the arithmetic model of asynchronous motor in α -β coordinates, the choice of voltage vectors, and flux-linkages models, etc.The research work in this paper is described as follows:1 Analyzing of the DTC theory: Material about the development and theory of DTC, the composing of DTC-system are presented in this paper. Introducing a stator flux calculation method with hysteresis band exchange of two different models. Having vector subdivision in DTC system.2 Designing the hardware of the DTC system: The hardware circuit design is completed using TI'TMS320LF2407 and IPM (Intelligent Power Model).3 Designing the software of the DTC system: Main program and subprograms are compiled using C and assemble language to complete control arithmetic, including flux models, models switch, speed PI adjuster and CAN module, etc. |
