With the development of spaceflight enterprise, higher level of spacecraft autonomy is demanded. Intelligent planning and scheduling is one of the key technologies on autonomous control for spacecraft and is necessary to be researched.This thesis introduces the design and implementation of a planning and scheduling system for satellite's payloads. In order to achieve many different flight goals, satellite is generally equipped with several types of payloads. These payloads will share the resource on satellite. Planning and scheduling satellite's payloads is to arrange the working mode of payloads under the limited resource on satellite, optimize the scheme of resource.The related theory and application with planning and scheduling technology are introduced firstly. Then this thesis discusses the model and algorithm of planning and scheduling for payloads, including partition of planning time, calculation of satellite' resource, analysis of payloads' resource constraint, establishment of task model, calculation of task priority and several types of resource-based scheduling algorithms. Based on the work mentioned above, a planning and scheduling demo system for satellite' payloads is developed. This system has been implemented to plan and schedule lunar satellite' payloads. At last, the simulation result is given and it shows the feasibility of algorithms. The prospect and development direction are also mentioned.
