In this paper, complex constraints theory and rotating mode substructure are used in view of the character of cyclically symmetric structure. Only a cyclically sector is selected as the calculating region instead of the whole structure, through which the static,dynamic and transient characterestics of the whole structure are obtained successfully.Based on the property of cyclically symmetric structure, the eigen-value equacation of the entire structure can be uncoupled taking advantange of the defection of every substructure is related to the adjacent substructure by a complex constrant. Thus only one cyclically sector is seclected as the finite element modules. The dynamic characteristic of the whole structure can be obtained conveniently in terms of the different complex constraints condiontions. Then calculating the transient response at the Furier Harmonic Wave subspace instead of the real mode space.The static stress characteristic of the structer can be solved based on the property of loads. When the load is circumferential periodicity, considering only one sector; when the structure subjected to arbitrary load, at first, using DFT technique, the complete structure is analyzed by only a series of substructures with appropriate complex constraints on its boundry with the adjacent setors.The program in the dessertation is developed by C++ which based on the modual and methods mentioned above. Generic technology and the Object_Oriented technology are adopting during the developing procedure.The examples indicate that the method and program are correctly and satisfactory.
