In recent years, with the wide-range increase in speed of trains, after analyzing those running accidents of trains at high speed, the Railway Department considers that overload and imbalanced load are the prime reasons leading to running off rail of trains, and so gradually enhance the safety monitoring by detecting overload and imbalanced load. Thus it is a most urgent situation to develop the high speed dynamic monitoring equipment which can be used on the normal lines and automatically detect overload and imbalanced load.According to the latest development of dynamic weighbridge in home and abroad, the shearing force dynamic electronic weighbridge of uninterrupted rail with wheelscan and axle measurement is more applicable in the development of the high speed dynamic monitoring equipment. Therefore, based on a series of wheel-weighing testing data obtained by the weighbridge, the research to analyze the character of wheel-weighing testing signals and discuss relative processing methods of testing data of the overload and imbalanced is significant for theoretical research and practical application. The results can be references for the development of the high speed dynamic monitoring equipment with automatical detecting overload and imbalanced load.The research findings of this paper are as following:(l)According to analysis of the characteristic of vibration of the shearing force weighbridge of uninterrupted rail, the character of wheel-weighing testing signals of trains through the shearing force weighing rail are obtained.(2)The suitable data processing methods are adopted to process the expeirmental wheel-weighing testing findings, and the original weighing results are greatly improved.(3)Based on the conclusions of error analysis of two weighing results, some improved methods for developing the shearing force weighbridge of uninterrupted rail are put forward, which can be used for development of the high speed dynamic monitoring equipment with automatical detecting overload and imbalanced load.(4)The fundamental of designing weighing rail with single-measure section is obtained, and the work of the research to process testing data of overload and imbalanced load is completed by introducing Hilbert-Huang transform.(5)In the presence of MATLAB, dynamic testing signals of trains are emulated, and then the availability and superiority of the application of Hilbert-Huang transform to process the testing signals of overload and imbalanced load are verified.
