The gear dynamics analysis is, according to the theory of vibrate dynamics, to study the basic rule of vibration, shock and noise which created by gear system while transferring power and motion. It is very important in reducing the noise and vibration. In this paper, firstly the materials mechanics method and the finite element method are presented, which used in calculating the time-varying stiffness. Their merits and demerits are compared, and the materials mechanics approach for obtaining a more accurate equation to calculate the stiffness is deduced, Secondly I define a kind of transferring error model witch is more easy to be comprehended, deduce the load-dividing equation in the region of two meshing gears , illuminate the relation between the dynamic transferring error and the gear dynamic equation, and educe the method and equation of calculating dynamic engaging power; and then discuss some kinds of representative model in documentations of calculating the friction factor, give my suggestion how to select them in different situations; in the end ,I study the contact outside the normal path of contact in approach or recess ,of witch obtain stiffness processing method, and analyse the impact to stiffness.According to the above conclusion, I apply the time-varying stiffness, friction, damp and the contact outside the normal path of contact in approach or recess to traditional gear pair distortion vibrational model, make it approach to practical situation still, and employ the sublinear iterative to solve the numeric value solution. Discuss the effect of rotational speed, damping, and modification coefficient etc to dynamic load, and make an emphatic analysis to the stiffness of large displacement shift, contact ratio, the location of node and the dynamic load factor etc.At last, I test and verify the conclusion of this paper by contrasting experimental result with analysis of simulation result.
