With the rapid development of the electric information, more and more high quality crystal quartz products are requested. It is very critical to research on the theory of the crystal quartz electric parameter measurement and develop a measuring and sorting system under the background that the crystal measurement technology has logged a lot, as well as, the main measure control systems are basically depending on the importation in china. This article analyses the measuring method and theory of the quartz crystals electric parameter, provides a innovative method in circuit realization based on π -network transmission method and then shows the designation of the intelligent DAQ (Data Acquisition Board) and intelligent sorting controller. Another part of this article describes how to use Visual C++6.0 under Windows98 environment to realize the system scheme of crystal quartz electric parameter measuring and sorting system base on the intelligent DAQ (Data Acquisition Board) and intelligent sorting controller with the idea of Virtual Instrumentation.The background of the quartz crystals electric parameter measuring and sorting system and the general idea of the virtual instruments are introduced firstly in this paper. And then the basic theory of the quartz crystals electric parameter measurement, circuit design and the system structure are given. It provides the key technologies of the system development such as stimulation singal source, broadband sine voltage effective value measurement and high-speed circuit design. Then it describes the hardware and software design in detail. In the following chapter it shows the reliability design method in the considering of system developing and debugging. It explains how to improve the reliability and the interference-free performance, analyses the system accuracy and working performance and provides the summarized methods to improve system's performance during the debugging of the system. As a result the summary and future development are given.
