| Based on analyzing systematically the connection system of urban expressway and conventional road, the paper puts forward that the connection problem of two kinds of roads should be dealt with by studying node connection and network connection. During course of studying network connection, considering long-short distance traffic putting impact on probability of selecting urban expressway on traffic assignment, the time model and distance model are given. The two models are used in the comprehensive traffic assignment of urban expressway and conventional road. Meanwhile, the paper applies the method of identifying the traffic study area boundary of large development to identify the traffic study area boundary of urban expressway, and puts forward some view which are related to the reasonable connection of urban expressway and auxiliary road as well as the arrangement of conventional road network in the study area boundary of urban expressway. During course of studying node connection, according to analyzing influence factors of fixing interchange's location and designing the distance between interchanges, the paper put forward the concepts of interchanges' and off-on ramp's absolute minimum spacing , normal minimum spacing , preferable minimum spacing as well as the counting methods. Based on identify the study area boundary of ramp, the paper also analyzes how to fix the ramp's macroscopic and microscopic location. At the same time ,the paper builds up assessment indices to evaluate the reasonable degree of the connection between urban expressway and conventional road, the makes these indices quantification. At last, the paper applies fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to assess the reasonable degree of connection between inside ring elevated network and conventional road network in Shanghai. |
