The paper studied the XinYaoGou tunnel of Huangyan freeway in ShaanXi. Based on sufficiency collecting and making use of data and study results, the engineering geological condition, wall rock distortion destroy mechanism, timbering design, treatment and applying of inspecting of measuring data, etc. in XinYaoGou tunnel were studied by investigating, testing and combining the practice.Firstly, after the analysis on the engineering geological condition and wall rock distortion destroy mechanism, the author reduced the wall rock destroy shape to five style: taking out the center, bulging destruction, entrusting destruction, radicals cranny water destruction, sleeking destruction.Secondly, the "information feedback" thinking was used in construct timbering design of XinYaoGou tunnel. Through ascertaining the parameter of spraying and anchoring timbering design and project of inspecting and measuring, on the base of obtaining wall rock distortion data of tunnel during construct phase, choosing representative measure break side which can represent different sort wall rock character, according lowness to highness, the break side constringency and vault sinking data were analyzed and treated, so the u~t,v~t curve was protracted and the regress curve and equation were ensured, the rule was found from disperse data to check up the timbering parameter, timbering fashion, which can afford gist on adjusting the timbering parameter and fashion.Lastly, according to the analyses of XinYaoGou tunnel inspecting and measuring data, the design was amended and constructing forecast was done. The main study includeed: (1)amending the design based on the v~t curve ,(2)amending the excavate size based on finally displacement ,(3)ensuring the occasion based on the v~t curve , (4)forecasting the danger based on the convergence.
