By analyzing the current developing status of AC servo system, the principle of AC servo system and the mathematic mode of BLDCM, the software and hardware scheme of realizing a fully digitalized and intelligent AC servo system based on DSP is presented in this paper.By adopting TMS320LF2407A DSP (Digital Signal Processor) produced by TI Corporation with suitable peripheral circuits in the system, double fully digitalized close loops is realized in current loop and speed loop of the system. And also, intelligent control in speed loop is realized by taking real time Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy control algorithm as its control strategies. By utilizing the hardware advantages of DSP, a non-linear compensation algorithm is designed to make non-linear compensation for converted results of AD circuits. By setting short sampling time of current loop in configuration, the torque ripple is restrained effectively.The experiment results show that the fully digitalized intelligent AC servo system owns high performances such as quick response, non-overshoot basically, wider speed modulation range, and smaller torque ripple. It decreases more than 1/2 in volume compared with the old analog system.
