The thesis deals with the torsion-type equilibrator plan of the existent 155mm self-propelled cannon/howitzer, discusses optimized design of equilibrator, works out its optimized programs, optimizes various parameters that effect the performance of the equilibrator, reduces unbalanced torque.In the thesis, by the means of the deep analysis to the principle and character of the torsion-type equilibrator, focusing on the condition of the unbalanced torque, studying the factors that deeply effect the performance of the equilibrator, selecting the main parameters properly, according to the thought of Taguchi Methods and Robust design, system design, parameters design, analysis of SN ( ration of Signal to Noise ) and the sensitivity, several parameters that deeply effect the performance of the equilibrator are optimized, unbalanced torque is reduced, and the character of equilibrator is improved. In the meanwhile, to provide a reference to the deep study of large caliber gun's system design and equilibrator design. |
