Nowadays the microcomputer unit (MCU) plays an important role in Test & Control systems, and the wireless communication is being developed and applied in more and more areas. As a wireless communication technique, the Bluetooth has exciting application foreground in industrial control and intelligent instrument. With the background, the programmable resistance strain gauge based on the Bluetooth technique is presented in this thesis.The paper mainly consists of five parts, which are auto-zero and calibration of electrical Bridge, programmable bridge power source, gain-programmed amplifier, low-pass filter of programmable cutting-off frequency, data acquisition and the Bluetooth communication interface between the slave MCU and the host computer.The Bluetooth and virtual instrument techniques are adopted in the strain gauge, Compared with the traditional design, which has low cost but high precision, small volume, convenient operation and strong anti-jamming capability, and it will be an excellent instrument widely used in the Test & Control systems.
