At the present, the digital system with DSP chip is being applied to much field, such as communication technology, electronic technology, computer technology, etc. The excellences of these systems are higher precision, real-time process, and parallel process.Nowadays, the equipments of vibration monitoring which are adopted by the factory of our country are the facilities in which the kernel chips are Single Chip (MCS51) or computer. Their ability of data process is limited,especially at the situation where we need the higher precision of result. Furthermore, they are poor in filter the interfere noise which is mixed with the signal. To meet the requirement of vibration monitoring in our country at present, we have devised a new, reliable and flexible vibration monitoring system.The vibration analyze machine is composed of a DSP chip with signal acquisition unit and a master industrial controlling computer. After acquisition the input analog vibration signal in A/D chip, accomplish the processing and FFT transferring and spectrum analysis in DSP chip, then the processed data was sent to superior master machine to display by PCI interface. The model of DSP is TMS320VC33-150 of Texas Instruments (TI Company) and the PCI interface chip is CY7C09449 of CYPRESS Company. The purposes of design have been realized by the system ultimately and have the leading level in domestic.
