With the development of electronic and information technology, the power supply systerm of all kinds of the electronic equipments is required to be smaller and lighter and more reliable. The key to realize the goal is the technology of ferrite used in high frequency switching mode power supply(SMPS). So the research on the ferrite used in the modul of high frequency SMPS is quite pivotal to realize the above goal.Based on the relevant theoretical researches, the main formula was studied with the vary of Fe2O3 and ZnO in the system of Fe2O3-ZnO-MnCO3. According to Additive, we mainly studied the influence of Nb2O5 and V2O5 on the microstructure and properties of high frequency MnZn power Ferrite. Then we got the new idea that the higher yield green densities can't lead to higher performance after the research of the relation between yield green densities and performance. Due to the crucial influence of oxygen concentration atmosphere to the ferrite, we systemly studied the variation of oxygen partial press in the process of keeping and cooling temperature to the performance of ferrite. At the end of this paper, we studied the effection of coil to the result of power loss testment and got the conclusion that the coil has no effection on the result in our condition.Based on a great lots of experiments, we finished this predeterminate object after more than a years' hardworking and the materialwe manufacted had the perfomance of Philips 3F4.
