Based on the study of cement mortar,this paper describles the compressive and tensile strength of ordinary cement mortar and polpolypropylene fiber cement mortar with different kinds and different fiber contents of volume.Through orthogonal experiment the suitable ratio polypropylene fiber concrete with low content was found,and the paper analyses influencing factor on strength.In the same,the fatigue equations are set for ordinary cement concrete and polypropylene fiber cement concrete on the base of fatigue experiment,and analyses the fatigue performance.Last,fraction energy,impermeability and impact resistence and abrasion resistance of fiber cement concrete with small polypropylene fiber content is researched.The results show that polypropylene fiber has no significant effects on the strength of cement based material,and that polypropylene fiber cement concrete has superior performance than cement concrete on durability,toughness and impact.
