| Compressed air drier is widely applied in many fields, of which freeze drier has prominentgoodness in the range of pressure dew-point temperature higher than 3 degree centigrade.Nowadays, by-pass freeze drier is mostly used in the domestic market, and many experts andacademicians have done much research on it. A type of energy storage compressed air freeze drier,which is imitated according to a foreign product by a purification manufacturer in nanjing, hasmore steady pressure dew-point and a merit of energy-saving, compared to the by-pass type. Butdue to the lack of technical data and experimental research, the performance of the energy storagefreeze drier hasn't been made full use of, as well many problems have arisen in practicalapplication. The steady-state performance characteristics of this type of freeze drier are analyzedand studied in this paper. The research work includes the following aspects:1. According to a certain project request in practical application, the optimum parameters are chosen by the object function dehumidifying energy consumption ratio, and an energy storage compressed air freeze drier is designed.2. A mathematical model has been developed. On the basis of real dehumidifying system, a model including five main components air-air heat exchanger, energy storage evaporator, reciprocating compressor, condenser and capillary is presented after a full consideration of heat loss, pressure drop and performance of actual components. The equations are solved by iterative method based on the law of continuity of energy, mass and pressure.3. Using the simulating software, the performance of the system in various ambient conditions is simulated and studied. A correction factor list of handling capacity of compressed air is made, for the optimization of lectotype ,and some measures are presented aiming at the problems arising in practical application, according to the analysis results mentioned above. |
